Shipping:
We ship via UPS and USPS, insured. Heavier and/or fragile items may cost more to ship than unbreakable items. Shipping is based on total, packed, weight of your order. We reuse and recycle packaging materials whenever possible. Let us know if it's a gift, and we'll wrap it in pretty tissue, include a gift card, and ship directly to the receiver!
Ordering:
Online orders will ship within 2 working days. If you do not wish to order online, please call 650-367-9676 (Pacific Time Zone) and I can take your order over the phone. When your check or money order has been received and deposited, your item(s) will be shipped to you. You may also mail your order to us (see address below). Phone and mail orders with checks for payment, will take a few days longer to process. If we're out of stock on part of your order, we'll ship the remainder of your order to you when we receive the item(s), unless you notify us to cancel.

Proceeds Benefit Information:
All proceeds from sales, are used to support rabbits in foster care within House Rabbit Society; and/or donated to House Rabbit Society; and/or donated to NorCal Equine Rescue, both headquartered in California.

If you have a return or exchange, please wrap securely with a copy of your receipt and ship to us with reason for return or exchange.
